To show that living with Multiple Sclerosis can be simple when we find our way of living with it.I love my family, and know that without their PUSH I could not do any of what I post on here.I do have a good support team, and that matters. So I do hope that you will enjoy my blog. And any comments are more than welcome.Along my way I hope to learn more,we are never too old to learn,we just have to have that want to,and I hope I always will.

Dropping By
Wanted to stop by and say HELLO.My life took a wild turn last year with my daughter and grandchildren being thrown into us from issues that she had no control over. But we still try to maintain a normal life as we can.I have still been working on needle tatting and hoped I could get better, lololol one day.Been busy with a new grandson and another one on the way in Oct. not the same daughter and so happy. We are busy preparing for a wedding in 2 weeks, she has done so much herself, and it is hard living in a different state, and getting married in a different area makes it hard, and I hate she has had to take care of so much on her own.And trying to find something comfortable to wear and pretty is also hard to do.Took one back and purchased 2 more, lololol
I have sown and now replanted Marigolds galore,I hope what I read that they keep mosquitoes away, because I sure have alot of pots full of them.My husband moved one flower garden closer to the house which I was so HAPPY.And actually we did a better job,or he did I should actually say.I gave up on flowers almost when I was diagnosed with MS.Then I thought how STUPID.So my flowers are back better and bigger. But just thought I would stop by and say hello if anyone still reads this.

Daffodils
I can't believe my daffodils are blooming and we are to have snow showers Again this week,so ready for spring. My Forsythia bush has buds on it,so not long before it will be blooming. The daylilies are popping through,my rhubarb is coming along nicely.I have left both covered with leaves and pineneedles till after the threat of snow and freezing temps are no longer a threat.
My youngest daughter turned 31 yesterday, and her daughters (2) oldest ones made her cupcakes and put edilbe sheets of decorations that they use Whilton molds to cut them out with. They did a great job,I was very proud of them.
This next week seems to be a busy one,I hope I can handle it all that needs to be done,I get to go visit my other daughter in NC and I simply can't wait. For those who do read this and doesn't know, she is getting married in June in NC at the beach. We need to plan and tie up ends that need to be done.Hopefully I can find a dress down there while there,I doubt if I will, but going to look none the less.
Hope everyone else has a great week, and please remember and I know it is hard some days but please SMILE : ).

New Lives
We have been here with the new grandbaby,he is such a bundle of joy and life is complete with all the family, well almost,we are going to have a new soninlaw in June.Have got to get busy next weekend helping my daughter with plans to finish when we get to go visit her.I need to do so much before June and I really hope to get some progress made, with things here at home. Now that my other daughter is back to work and back to herself (not being pregant) we hopefully will.Got new plant and flowers beds to make, got to get seeds so when the weather and time is ready for them we will already have them on hand.
I have learned in the past week how to make simple Crochet links, yeah to me,lolol. And I have been needle tatting Easter Egg pretties for the grandchildren. So I hope maybe I will be back at least now once a week to post on here and see whatevery one else is doing. If you read this and don't know about LIFE CAN BE SIMPLE on FACEBOOK.Please visit,I am there now so much more and more people seem to visit than on here. Here's to a good week ahead and happy trails.

Been awhile
I haven't been here for a while, been busy just keeping the Faebook page going.I have met amazing people on Facebook doing this blog, just wished I could do more here, and going to try to.Being busy as a grandmother to 5 now, which I am praying my MS stays in its place.Christmas came and went as did Thanksgiving before. Both were a change for our family, with my oldest daughter and granddaughter moving out of state, starting a brand new life, which is working out great for her and so proud and happy. My youngest daughter has been tried and won the battle this past year, and with her new son it is a brand new chapter in all of our lives.I promise to try to keep everyone updated and do add all the neat goodies on our Facebook page. Thanks to all of you for hanging in there with me...Lisa

Back to It,Even if you don't
Yesterday had some Trials and Tribulations.Took one of my granddaughters' to the doc. Then she spilled Cranberry Juice love her heart. But before I took her to the doc I made tea-dyed snowmen. They are made from my white chenile bedspread the kiddies got playdough on and it dried without them telling me,lolol so like me I found another use for it.
Today is to be another beautiful day before the COLD weather hits us this weekend. So I really need to cut out more snowmen so I can tea-dye them and hang out to dry.I just took some cord and strung it out on the deck after I took them out of the tea water.I used 5 tea-bags to a cup of BOILING WATER. and had enough to do 5 snowmen or 10 pieces.Worked out really good I think, but I still like the white ones I made also,so thinking of making half tea-dyed and half the regular way.My youngest daughter likes the "Primitive" so may just make enough for her and her sister to share.
Everyone have a great day, enjoy if the weather hasn't changed where you are at
5 TEABAGS (this was all I had at the time) 1 CUP of Boiling Water.Just made sure the snowmen were completely saturated.Squeezed out excessive(by doing this I knew if the needed soaking again or not). Hang to dry. I used Brown Beads for the eyes,Black Beads for the Buttons, and a Orange Bead for the nose.
