I'm All Over The Place Today
Lush vegetable gardens are usually considered things of the spring and summer. February, a winter month, is not usually considered an ideal time for planting and growing vegetables, but certain crops adapted to a cooler climate both grow and thrive thrive in February. It is imperative to consider climate when growing vegetables since it varies so widely from region to region. In the Southeast, for example, February is a prime time to begin planting many vegetables. In cooler parts of North America, seeds can be started indoors in February so that they will be ready to transplant into the ground in spring after the threat of frost has passed.
